I don't underestimate their ability but I know the audience at Fox is shrinking, so the wingers are mostly preaching to the choir, that 15-20% that still ardently supports Bush. They aren't impacting the center. People are fed up with the BS in Iraq much more than they are afraid of another 9/11. That's why Cheney has become a comical dark figure, lurking in the rafters and tossing out his evil pronouncements about our impending doom if we don't give him free rein. Short of another 9/11, can you imagine a set of messages or issues that would pull the political center away from the "let's get something done" focus and back to the "support Bush or you'll die!" mentality? I don't. JMHO.

Apprise yourself of other pundits like Laura Ingraham who is on local radio station (SALEM BROADCASTING THE CHRISTIAN RIGHT WING NETWORK) who not only blasts anyone who is against Bush and his policies but poke fun at situations such as poor Cheney having to sit on the podium next to that icky Nancy Pelosi. He probably had to take a nitro pill (evidently during the speech he popped a pill) to be able to endure it.Ha Ha Ha. Funny. It's the ONLY radio station that I can get at the gym so I listen to her. I say to myself that I will not become outraged at the prejudicial and downright nasty remarks. But I do... Sad part, she has a following. People call in and from their remarks one knows they know nothing about the tribal wars that exist in Iraq.. They only want victory at any price so those nasty terrorists don't come over here and attack us. I wonder how many Americans really don't know what is truly going on with this war. Who only listen to Rush,Hannity,O'Reilly and about 15 others who regularly support anything( without question) that Bush administration puts out there. Very sad to me. Best I get an MP3 player and do music.
