TeleCommunication Systems Sells Two of Its Three Enterprise Business Units
Thursday January 25, 11:19 am ET

ANNAPOLIS, Md., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) (Nasdaq: TSYS - News), a global leader in mission-critical wireless communication technology, announced today that it has sold two of its three Enterprise Division units to strategic buyers in exchange for restricted stock in the acquiring companies and earn-out arrangements. The Enterprise Division business units were acquired by TCS from Aether Systems in early 2004 and have been classified as discontinued operations in TCS' 2006 quarterly financial reports. TCS has been granted certain registration rights with respect to the shares of restricted stock.

Thanks Ray. May be that TSYS is held back waiting for earnings to get out of the way.

I'm having some fun on TRSI.pk....matched its 52 week high at .10 and then retreated a little, but its still up on the day and getting ready to mount a new attack. If it gets to .11 the sky's the limit. <gggg> I'm riding a pinko!

ARGN has been making new highs everyday, and is knocking again today, although vol. is weak.
