"You have completely misunderstood me if you think I said Saddam wouldn't have been aggressive." Its not that I misunderstood you completely. It is that you and I disagree. I have studied the psychology of aggressive behavior and do not see any reason to believe that Saddam would be satisfied with limiting his conduct to regional aggressions. I am unconvinced by the blowfish comment that his threats should be dismissed. I am totally convinced by the quote from Clinton (Although he may have changed his mind about it, I don't know if he did or not).
