Declining medicare reimbursements is indeed a problem

So why would you advocate make the system universal?

I still would be shocked to know that somewhere a state medicaid program is paying for stomach stapling, as you mentioned.

Not only that but state welfare then pays a housekeeper to come in a clean and cook for this individual, for years on end as near as I can tell.

There is a damn good reason welfare needs reforming.
