Yep, that would be called insurance. That would be called society in general.

As I said, why should a childless large property owner be saddled with bills for schools? Why should some without a car be saddled with bills for streets?

When there's an enormous disaster like an earthquake or fire or hurricane you don't think insurance rates in other locations go up? Do you understand insurance?
