Frank, Thanks. The next few years look interesting concerning the TOS dilemma. Tiered service looks more and more like the way it will go but who knows?? There are so many variables for the service providers to work through with their business models. I thought your comment of "bandwidth chicken" definitely hits the nail on the head regarding telco vs cable! My passion has been communications stuff in the past but have also been interested in Alternative Energy for at least a couple decades now and that area is beginning to look ripe for some choices. I'll try to post some stuff as I come across it if it's relevant to the thread. regards, Eric
