..."the point at which an individual develops traits of intellect and character that would lead him or her to subsequently identify with a basic liberal or conservative philosophy. Ok. I see that. What is odd, I think, is that there are many people who have a different 'basic' philosophy than the one they roll out in public for their buds. Not a real big deal because I don't think these people usually fall into extremist camps.
