Jim,

I thought there was discussion by the Company and on the thread last month that NOK has a fully paid up license and that the license didn't have to be extended until April 2008; that from the company discussions there seemed to be a gap, so to speak. Altman's statement indicates otherwise. But, I will tell you I am not certain what the terms are and the "fully paid up" license terminology that was used means something else to me.
