Here's how the lies were developed through the Office of Special Plans, it was an office set up to formulate propaganda for war with Iraq and dismiss any intelligence to the contrary. However, you must read the article otherwise you will not know what it contains. I see that you keep repeating "where are the lies?", each time you do, I will ask you to read this article:
