I'm heavier than I want to be but I don't think I have any embarrassing features. My lips and normal, nose is small and my eyes are normal...no unsightly moles. But I need to lose 30 pounds. I'm 6'1 235 and I carry it pretty well because I have a football players build. But fighting weight is 205. The surgeon general say 175 but my doctor laughed and said not on your life. I've got very big bones ( and a lot of people use that as an excuse) but its true with me. So he says 205. Now in college I held about 185-190 but getting a suit (oh god - not another suit problem - inside joke) I had a 32 waist. But I wore a tailored down 48 coat or a 46 long. I was skinny but my arms are long (35-36 sleeve) and I needed a pretty good sized coat. Funny how that hard work begins to go away around 35
