What Jobs is great at is seeing the worth of great ideas, and turning them into products for people. He found the Mac hiding at Xerox, and stole the idea, that was going nowhere there. But, they weren't HIS ideas - they were invented by Xerox engineers and other engineers.

It takes a genius to invent something as sophisticated as the Mac, and it takes a genius to realize its worth and promote it the world. I see Jobs as the latter genius.
