"Tomorrow, I will introduce legislation that will prohibit the use of funds to continue the deployment of U.S. forces in Iraq six months after enactment. By prohibiting funds after a specific deadline, Congress can force the President to bring our forces out of Iraq and out of harm’s way."

It is far more likely that Gore is tired of having to defend his quasi factual claims. When you never associate outside of liberal groups, stupid ideas' validity never get questioned.

Let me tell you the lastest illegal potshot taken against a non Republican. Barack Obama has been accused by Fox News of attending a Muslim school in Indonesia that teaches Wahhabism. To add insult to injury, Fox claimed that the Hillary Clinton campaign leaked the info. The irony, of course, is that Barack Obama is Christian and the whole thing was a total fabrication by the right intended to discredit two Democratic candidates for president.

Peter, believe me when I tell you this crap will end. If we have to take everyone of your pundits to court and sue their asses off we will. Your pundits believe slander is the way to victory and have only a tenuous hold on democracy. That is unacceptable.
