i can just say indicators are showing the erosion that preceded last years sell-off. But we will see. But if you see NDX at about 1650 i am cut loose, i am free:) Those i respect like Spear Report/Newman/Faber/Rogers all have solid arguments we go back into high 60s or into the 70s NOT counting on any dispruption of supply in M.E. So i am not making a speculation based on a war must happen. But in terms of military movements, Iran situation could explode March to early May. A THIRD Naval Task Force is now setting off for the Gulf of Persia. Regards my USO position know i am not panicking if we drop towards USO 38 and price of Crude 35. Such a move would be a additive point. 45.xx i still a potential bottom in terms of TA. But i had to get this 4k in now in case we had the bottoming at price of crude of 49.90 a barrel. ************************************************************** There is an old axiom historically regards war. Countries do NOT mobilize big time with Peace on their mind. The strategy now is attack IF Iran does not get on its hands and knees and lick George W Bush'es shoes. i attempted to post on "GOP lies and distortions" thread and "Impeach Bush" thread and found, expept for Crimson Ghost, they are just mindless pissing contests, it is apparent the vast majority likely don't read a post with any content. It is like getting in a kintergarten sandbox where a sand fight is going on, it would require a lobotomy for me to keep at it. And o yes both Crimson and i were banned from the Sioux Nation Thread---insane. It is a desert of vacuity out there Mike:) Max

Mike i made a tough decision. I had a 13,500 AREA profit in USO in two days and saw a chance to take 2k shares out of RYVNX and balance that loss with the gain in USO. i am now 10k shares RYVNX at cost basis now of 18.50, and am now also at 72% MoneyMart. i gave up a golden position in USO, but i am hoping it corrects back to say 46, and i will reload. i sold at 4k shares at 48.35, C/B was 44.90 If NDX were to sell off hard now i still would make good money and if it exploded upwards i have a TON of ammunition to handle that if it happened.Max
