Different age. What struck me is that Sartre said: I may be the only man in the world who does not believe in love". He was a great womanizer and then went home and told the stories of his sorties to the great writer Simon De Bouvior.

She was also his mistress, but was willing to put up with his roaming around as she felt he was the smartest guy in the world and she was curious to know what he thought and liked being around him.

Some say she wrote the story of O for him?

Bill Maher has descrbed his life thusly. He sees no need for marriage or lasting relationships. They both were by far the most radical about their ideas of relationships.

We are, at last, alone, and so the nausea in the pit of our stomach-lol.

Simone De Bouvair was a brillant writer.

The stuff I read said she thought more of the sex she had with sartre, as an aside-lol-she didn't care, whate ever he wanted, she had bigger things to think about.

Like the meaning life-lol?

She and Sartre and Maher-lol, put sex in its proper perspective-lol.
