What happens when factories, buildings, etc? It becomes potential capital. The people needed that stock of capital for a reason. They won't go back to stone age. They accept anything to continue being alive. New constitution. new form of government and hardship. Give everyone a 1oo DM each and in two decades the capital is there and they are driving new cars. That condition -which I call potential capital is absence of capital. But doens't mean capital was destroyed. Before the big bang there was no matter, nor time neither space. Everything was stored as gravitation. That capital destruction if T Zero before the big bang. People's drive to succeed, survive reproduce are all capital!! Just need harnessing. I'm a genius! :-)
