There was an Edgar filing dated 1/19/2007, probably on the private placement of $10 million. Tiny stock of 10.12 million shares with 7.82 of it floating. Short interest only 3178, so not looking for action there. I know nothing on the Vertex license, so can't help there. I don't own this stock and from the look of it, not a whole lot of people do. I see less than 2 pages of institutional holders, that's 31 reported on bloomberg. Largest is GIMV NV with 891,607 or 8.8% of float. Basically, this tells me that if any of the big holders leave, new holders are in dire straits. Hope this helps you Paul
