JGoren, it would be helpful if you cited my statement that you believe to be incorrect. Without it, I can only guess. I've read your post at least twice and see no significant difference in our viewpoints.

BDAZZ, the disagreement was about the expiration date of the option, not whether NOK can use QCOM IPR without a license, so I'll take that as a rhetorical question.
