its just what the "boyz" are looking at too , RSI is one of the most observed indicators & the 60min has been almost deadly accurate at point out pivots points ..

very elegant stuff & simple too ;-)

Speaking of support, it appears to be holding here on CAT while stop in the $58 area is fairly obvious.

good plan yesterday was fading the pops in the AIRLINES
Message 23195386

* sometimes a plan comes together but never thought for a moment they would sink oil lower than $50 this go around... that cold front moving in back east was going to pop the POO .
(especially with all the talking heads calling for $45 , then
you know its going to bounce ;)

AMR shows almost perfectly how the 60min lately has been identifying clearly the d-tops that are also OB on the daily for the pullbacks ...of AMR UAUA JBLU LCC ALK FRNT BAB think CAL topped the list with a 16% drop & UAUA doing 12% pullback .

But what runs they gave them up till then when oil/poo was sell off <gg

Bright spot in the $TRAN was over in the rails UNP & BNI , but when BNI (being the weaker of the two ) squeezed up to the $81's was waiting there to short that pop ..

You'll never guess why either , lol ...yep , an OB D-top on the daily . Not one of the bigger trades but couldn't let Casey Jones go with them displaying these same "ripe" TA conditions . You should have seen all that buying activity during that squeeze that day too but faith in the humble "God of the Overbought D-top" sustained me ...actually think i got one fill almost at $81.50 ;)

*** These are slow movers and have been enjoying staying up at pretty sustained levels ....but what amazes check an extended 60min chart too for both BNI & UNP and you can see them both holding the OS/double bottoms @ $72 & $90 respectively almost perfectly to the penny for the latest +10% bounces , the OB/OS /60min has been acting like "God" all thru all this...cause the -->"boyz" are using it

Pretty accurate isn't it ? <g

And also with deadly precision accuracy for the pullback ,
BNI perfect OB/D-top within 9c and falls back ...i liked that too ;-)

OIH ...entered short position when popping to $136's on 1/25 ... did this following again that same "OB/D-top on the 60min" criteria...and also a little help from L2 and seeing alot of large size on the sell side into the momo .

(Seemed that the Oil run had worn itself out a bit )

The OIH did the perfect pullback though cov'd too soon @ $132.85 ...but does this look like that
"OB/D-top/60min " scenario works though ?

See that 2nd forray into $136 d-top area on declining RSI
(after about 3 good waves up :)
