Good news???

They just snuck in a minimum of 11 inches vs the previous minimum of 3.5 inches!
(Sounds like spam for a wille patch, sorry gentlemen...)

This if true would be 3x worse than before = MORE MONEY NEEDED!
Fortunately it's just pure speculation.
