Exactly. Just a continued spread in inflationary pressure spreading into agriculture now in a major way something not seen since the 1970's. Chindia, spread of US consumerism,global warming, pass through of high energy and RE costs, excess monetary and credit creation ect.. all playing their part. What I find amazing is these 'suits' based out of LA or NYC don't see inflation in their daily lives. The 'help' must pay all the bills<g>
