Even if they have their own e-wallet I don't think it will help. The e-wallets still have to be able to deal with banks and be able to do EFTs etc.... I have heard that one of the problems is that the EFT processing companies are not allowing the e-wallets to do business. That's why they are dropping out.

I have 4K at Neteller. I put in a withdrawal request as soon as I heard about the arrests also. The withdrawal moved from "pending" to "accepted" status, but then was reverted to "pending" several days later. Neteller is saying there are delays, but obviously that's not the issue.

People with Neteller debit cards can make small withdrawals each day. I put in for one earlier this week, but the application is now in "pending status". So who knows it they will stop issuing them.
