Answer to the question, Marcos.

Sudbury boys, Squashnut and ATM engtech posted on SH that FNI union contract does not expire until December, 2009. So that concern is out of the way. FNI can keep on producing (and stockpiling or selling ore to someone else) even if Xstrata goes on strike.

Info was in NR of dec. 12, 2006, listed on Sedar but not on company website.
