"any independent verification?" CNN payed for a reporter to fly over. So far Fox hasn't had the guts to do so (or else maybe they are too cheap)... but they did apologize for the stories. No doubt --- being a candidate for President and all --- there will be lots of investigations into Obama's religious beliefs... and into Romney's religious beliefs... and into Brownback's religious beliefs, etc. So... likely if there is anything 'there' it will be front page news one day. Right now though --- just an attempted SMEAR run by a Moonie-owned magazine. (And... maybe started by a political OPPONENT, maybe NOT. No way to know because Insight, the Moonie-owned mag., refuses to name names.)
