Your argument is FOS. If you have any proof to support your position, provide it like I (and some others here) consistently do. If you don't, then why not STFU?

NEW YORK, June 13, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- SIRIUS Satellite Radio (Nasdaq: SIRI) today announced that it has developed a new, advanced proprietary technology that will initially increase the company's total network capacity by approximately 25% within its existing digital transmission system.

*snip*

>The technology, developed by SIRIUS' Advanced Development Team based in Lawrenceville, NJ, will work over SIRIUS' current network, with minimal upgrades to its satellite uplink and terrestrial repeater infrastructure. SIRIUS has already conducted several tests of the technology to confirm the performance.

LOL! Maybe your Internet Chat room buddy with the blow up "modulation analyzer", forget what year he was talking about.. Hence June 2005, vs 2006.

Whereas you have no proof to support your position except your lack of credibility and that of your Albert Einstein Internet bunky that I doubt could make a "factual determination" if his life depended on it.

Let's see.. Who shall we believe.. SIRIUS press releases, or David Ray and his Chat Room bed bunk mate (Kovachs?) with a "modulation analyzer" that he got along with a "Secret Decoder Ring" out of a box of "Cheerios"..

Yeap.. Yeap.. Sure.. Sure.. Sure
