Proshares launch leveraged, inverse small cap ETFs proshares.com Sapir said ProShares plans to introduce its first sector-focused ETFs next week based on industry indexes from Dow Jones & Co. (NYSE:DJ - News), which owns MarketWatch, publisher of this report. The 22 ETFs would target 11 indexes, with each sector benchmark getting an "ultra" and "ultra-short" ETF.
