Once in a while they make a freudian slip like when Greenspan recommended Joe6pack go into ARM's cause they were such a great deal even when 30 yr fixed rates were near 5%. I guess his banker friends didn't want that mismatch on their books guaranteeing negative interest margins during the next inflationary round upcoming due in large part to Sir Alan himself and the fiscal irresponsibility of the Bush administration ..
