This study was to consider rescheduling the drug. It was run by the DEA. It was a result of a lawsuit filed by Norml in 1972.

Are you trying to say that the study didn't take place?

Here is the published ruling by the DEA judge.

Please note that the active chemical in marijuana (THC) was rescheduled by the DEA to a schedule III substance.

The DEA now claims that THC is safe, has a low potential for abuse and has little or no street value. .. As long as you call it Marinol.
