KT,

At this point I don't really care about getting money in. I am concerned about the 4.1K stuck at Neteller and a similar amount elsewhere. I have requested several paper checks for most of the "elsewhere" that will supposedly be processed within the next 5-7 business days and sent to me via Fedex.

KT,

What would you estimate the chances are that the currently trapped Neteller funds would either be lost, confiscated in some way, or impossible to withdraw to either a US or foreign account?

The thing that has me perplexed about this is that Neteller is also a legit e-wallet. There has to be some way to use those funds to make legitimate purchases (even if outside the US).
