That isn't setting the bar low, that is setting it pretty high. But, I suppose, you are too dumb to realize that. "A Senator can be impeached" Usually doesn't have to be. Filing criminal charges is generally enough. But, if you think it is worth it, start a petition on the Web to impeach him. Not difficult to do. But it clearly isn't worth it to you. Which means you don't really believe in it, you just want to to throw out every now and then.
