PRECISELY. How do you know that a detainee "HAS KNOWLEDGE OF AN IMMINENT THREAT TO MILLIONS OF AMERICANS?" Beforehand, you don't. Afterwards, you don't either, because the person being tortured will say ANYTHING to stop the torture. Holding the President accountable is more sheer BS. Firstly because of Secrecy shielding, the prospect of knowing about this is minimal. The President's defence would be : "How could I know in advance that he/she didn't know anything?" Just more spin from WEASEL, FERRET AND STOAT, LLP where Hillary obviously must be a senior partner. The more I hear from Hillary, the less I like her. Namaste! Jim
