On that basis, according to Hillary, the Bushwanker has the right to torture ALL of us.

That raises a little question as to whose judgment call it is that the "to be tortured persons" MIGHT possess knowledge that
MIGHT constitute an imminent threat to millions of Americans.

Just the President? Nobody else? He's going to relocate to
GITMO to do the interviewing personally? Nobody else has the right to make that call. Right?
