Not to mention bombing their electricity plants and oil storage tanks would send them back to the stone age

BS. If we bombed Iran they could hurt us where it counts, in Iraq, further de-stabilizing that country and whiping up trouble in Lebanon too. Then we could have an all-out war with nutso Bushies dream about, but without a draft, trillions of dollars spent and 500,000 more US troops it would be impossible to win. Bush would be long gone by then, having left us with the biggest US foreign policy catastrophe in history, even worse than Vietnam.

Remember too, because none of this would be justified (when has Iran ever attacked us?) we'd have no allies except Israel who'd be busy defending itself, and in the meantime gasoline would be $4 a gallon. That could cripple our economy which is already burdened with huge-huge debts and deficits with n o plan to pay any of it off. In fact the entire cost of these wars has been kicked down the road by Bush. None of it is reflected in his budgets.

And last but not least, Iraq and Iran didn't have anything to do with 9-11 or Al Qaida. Nothing. And the real terrorists, including Bin Laden, would still be walking free and laughing at us.
