It does not require balls to attack a 4th rate military and win over it. Are you saying George HW Bush did NOT have the balls?

But it does take brains to think about how deal with the aftermath. George HW Bush had the brains to realize that the aftermath will be total chaos in Iraq and possibly in the entire region.
