Well, anyone who can lose 110 pounds and keep it off has my admiration as to willpower. I too have type II diabetes and I am convinced if I could lose 50 pounds it would go away. I went on Atkins and lost 39 pounds and all my readings became NORMAL, but alas, I gained it back when I quit the program. Still have decent readings but taking some oral medicine. jdn
