Thanks, g. I agree with the sentiment of that post:
Its like saying a nation that produces no oil, but has a dozen oil refineries it exports products from, is a net exporter of oil.

However, Bloomberg in that article isn't alone in mistakenly focusing on refined zinc imports/exports and coming to errant conclusions. There's a sea of misinformation and a lack of understanding, particularly among zinc bears who don't bother to do detailed analysis.
