I thought you were talking about Bill OReilly. Ed

You may see that type of comment as relevant in left/right gotcha type of banter. Maybe it is. However, on principle we have a far different situation. Bill O' was not elected to a position of public trust, and in several other ways, his situation and the involvement of the American public was far different.

He is a corporate employee. If I remember right he was embarassed by having his attempts at sexual advances (harassment or whatever it was) over the phone being publicized...as a comparison to clinton, Right? That is a great example of the feminist double standard llaine referenced.

It doesn't amaze me that 51% of American women are single. I am surprized the figure isn't much higher or that any of us get together now that sex and romance has become so politicized.

I thought you were talking about Bill OReilly.

O'Reilly (who is a creep) did the prudent thing and settled out of court with the woman he sexually harassed before the thing went too far.

Clinton (also a creep) did eventually settle with the woman he sexually harassed, and if he'd done it sooner rather than later, he'd have avoided a heap of trouble.
