We can certainly increase the amount of ethanol that we produce, but the example of Brazil, is hardly solid evidence that ethanol can free the US from imported oil, ethanol creation in Brazil is done differently, because the US drives a lot more miles, and because Brazil would not have gotten off imported oil without an increase in the production of Brazilian oil. Quit arguing for the sake of arguing. It's obvious that it will take multiple means of renewables to solve the oil dilemma. Al
