FEMA is Bush's responsibility. The lack of concern for Katrina ravaged citizens is hardly limited to New Orleans, and Ray Nagin is a Bush ally. Didn't know that, did you? Anyway, the lack of concern spreads all across the Gulf Coast, even through rich Republican white areas. Bush has only sent half the money he promised and much of that is going to big wig out of state developer pals of the GOP. Bush had plenty of opportunity to jump in and help even before the hurricane hit but as we saw in the videotape of his conference about it, he did next to nothing. Bottomline, it was dereliction of duty and very un-Christian.
