You've not mentioned and proposed what to do about women who drink and or smoke during pregnancy. How about child abuse or wreckless endangerment? There are so many possibilities. If a woman were to go roller blading with an infant strapped to her chest and then subsequently crash and hurt/kill the infant she would be eligible for charges of wreckless endangerment or wreckless murder. I can see the possibilities of a criminal investigation of any woman who has a so called miscarriage. jttmab
