He has disgraced his country and half-destroyed our military, meanwhile making us less safe and terrorism stronger. All for a war he alone decided to wage, based on false pretenses, personal hang-ups about his father, oil greed and bad advice. He went in ill-prepared and against the will of most of the world. While back home his people told our citizens and politicians lies to get them behind him, and called us "traitors" if we disagreed. Just ilke Hitler did. And meanwhile the real terrorists walked free. You really have a nerve trying to revise reality and history here. Even conservative Pat Buchanon tonight plainly said that Bush's Iraq project was the single worst foreign policy debacle in US history. That is why Bush is the worst commander in chief ever and the most despised and distrusted president ever. And why he will make the Republicans a minority party for a long long time. John Dean is 100% right. Worse than Watergate, worse than Nixon and the tragic story of an arrogant power-mad, irrational weasel who hoodwinked at least half the country and exploited 9-11 (which he allowed to happen) in order to subvert democracy in the USA and go on a messiac Hitler rampage which had nothing to do with 9-11, but was falsely framed as being the "war on terror". Do not be suprised if Cheney is convicted of high crimes bordering on treason, Bush is impeached and forced to resign and that those two go down as the biggest crooks in US political history. Frankly, no one compares. And we will all be paying for their sins and errors for a long long time.
