Pinetree acquires 3.54 million shares of Ditem 2007-01-29 16:11 ET - News Release See News Release (C-PNP) Pinetree Capital Ltd Mr. Larry Goldberg of Pinetree reports PINETREE CAPITAL LTD. ACQUIRES COMMON SHARES OF DITEM EXPLORATIONS INC. Pinetree Capital Ltd., on Jan. 26, 2007, acquired ownership of 3,546,000 common shares of Ditem Explorations Inc., and 1,773,000 share purchase warrants (each warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of 75 cents until Jan. 25, 2009). In the event that the warrants are fully exercised, these holdings represent approximately 14.2 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Ditem as of Jan. 26, 2007, calculated on a partially diluted basis, assuming the exercise of warrants only. As a result of this transaction, Pinetree holds a total of 4,796,000 common shares and 1,773,000 warrants. This represents approximately 17.6 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Ditem as of Jan. 26, 2007, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the warrants only. These transactions were made for investment purposes and Pinetree and each of its joint actors could increase or decrease their respective investments in Ditem depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
