The draw for the US army is in fact very small.

The number of insurgents is far smaller then the size of the US army. If we lose because they want it more, it won't be because we are outnumbered.

Phyrrus had a small population base, and was always outnumbered, no matter what recruitment strategy Phyrrus would use he couldn't outlast Rome because Epirus didn't have enough people.
