Isn't the internet a wonderful source of information?

Can you imagine being able to lay your hands on this information this easily 20 years ago?

I really tends to shrink the world down and make a lot of things more manageable.

Guy at the coffee shop has a torn RC. He works for the state and has for 17 years. After getting the surgery scheduled the state sent him to another doctor. That doctor said it was torn 17 years ago and the state won't pay for the operation.
