Your guess is as good as mine, but here's mine anyway.

It's my opinion that the warrants have allowed a lot of hedging of the stock by institutions... i.e holding the warrants they can short the stock with impunity raising cash that they can use elsewhere. This has tended to kill speculative interest, and that lack of interest will enable the shorters to acquire the stock cheaply eventually.

If you think the stock is as good as you say, what about the leverage offered by the warrants? If the stock doubles to 6.60 the warrants would have an intrinsic value of $1.60 which implies 3.6x its current price of .44c.
