Just talked to a guy who was down in Bath, Illinois on the river. They had a contest last summer netting Asian Carp, the ones that jump at the sound of a boat motor. 1,200 pounds total. What was different, they netted all the fish with dip nets while the fish were in the air!!

I'm going to get to watch the first half of the Supper Bowl. Supper because it starts at 5. First half because I'll be sleeping in the Laz-E-Boy by 7. 3 guys showed up from the coffee shop and put a wrench on my antenna, really nice since the dozen places I called never showed up. Gave it the big twist and shit happened, it wasn't just out of alignment but had some connector problems or whatever. Well Dish TV has a 5 station local package for $5 a month. Signed up for that puppy. With corn at $3.50 a bushel I'll spend the $60 a year. Called Dish and got a nice Indian lady I COULD understand. Said I had no account so she transferred me to the US. Got that done.
