I don't accept your premise. The Iraq war wasn't about Bush proving that Sadaam had WMD.

Huh??

I never said that is what the war was about. I asked a simple question, was Bush correct or incorrect in his assessments of WMD in Iraq, not what fraction of the justification for the war was the result of those views.

I could also care less about specific alternate explanations for WHY he was incorrect.

I'm simply making the following observation, then asking you a question, which so far, you refuse to answer:

1) Wrt to Iraq & WMD, Bush took a view which had large support amongst the experts, which turned out to be incorrect.

2) Wrt to Global Warming, Bush holds a view which a large fraction of experts disagree with.

In both cases, Bush's views are largely motivated by ideological bias, so that remains similar.

Given the above, how accurate do you think he will be on global warming?
