That's sad. A year ago I had the pleasant surprise to run into Richards and Ivins in Austin. They're the real heart of Texas.

Later on that evening I went to a cocktail party where a drunken oil executive boasted to me that ever since Bush-Cheney have been in power they (the oil business) has been charging us "anything we want".

Those are the two sides of Texas.

Clearly, the Richards-Ivins-WIllie Nelson side is much better.
