Kirk and Korn don't claim to be Wall Street professionals like Brinker does. They aren't on national radio each weekend boasting about their stock market abilities.

But they DO claim to be professional investment advisors, don't they?...queried the Queen.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Actually they DON'T claim to be professional investment advisors because if they did they would have to REGISTER with either the SEC of the state securities agency where they have their principal place of business.

Also they would have to pass examinations and meet various other requirements.

Kirk has in the past offered his personal investment advice for an hourly fee but he finally gave this up when a number of people questioned the legality this.

But the short answer is no...neither Kirk nor Korn are registered professional investment advisors.

Some say they lack the very basic qualifications and/or just can't pass the examinations but I can't verify that.

God knows they have had plenty of time to get qualified by now.

OTOH, there are NO regulatory requirements to publish your own little vanity newsletter.

You just grab your laptop and plunk yourself down on the end of the bed and yammer away. And you can deduct that portion of your bed come tax time....if you have any taxable income that is.
