Warrants, split screwups and divvies MY niche as sideline to trading OTC - I trade em and assume they all scams.

This whole thing just an education in a new segment.

Hi,
I am reading the entire thread from the beginning. Sorry to be digging old topics but I have one question. Is it just coincidence that all the deals that did not complete happen to have net liabilities outside of IPO trust? Or is there a behavioral incentive to vote down the deal if such liabilities exist?
