I would dig a trench on one side using the army corp of engineers, (thats what they are for) String razor wire that is used in high security prisons at the top. ( This type ofwire can be used up the side s of mountains as well) dig another trench, filling it with mines and explosives, then again with a sea of razor wire. And then use thelesser amount of border patrol agents to shoot anyone on sight crossing that would be invading our country. The same could be done on the Canadian side, all a t a third of the cost of a fence.
